- Q: Is it safe to use credit card at your sites?
- A: All transactions are 100% safe and secure. Your safety is guaranteed by our credid card processors and the charge for your purchase will discreetly appear on your statement as billed by "Epoch.com", "CCBillEU", "Zombaio" or "Helios Media Limited" with no reference to adult sites.

- Q: What is the difference between Trial and Full Membership?
- A: We offer two types of membership a customer can choose from. The Trial Membership will provide you with access to several photo and video scenes from the site for a one day period. It's a good way to preview the site and check movies quality for $1 only.
Also, there are two types of Full Membership available:
1 MONTH RECURRING subscription for $29.95 - will be renewed automatically before it expires if not cancelled.
3 MONTHS NON-RECURRING subscription for $69.95 - is not renewed, no need to cancel it.
- Q: Does the Trial Membership become a Full Membership?
- A: Yes, if not cancelled your trial membership upgrades to standart $29.95 monthly membership.
- Q: I've subscribed but have not received my login information.
- A: You may have spelled your email wrong or, sometimes, emails may get to the SPAM folder by mistake so please, check your Spam/Trash folder. After you found your registration email there, select it and click "This is Not Spam.” This will help future messages get through. If you can't find your registration email and don't know your login information - please contact us.
- Q: Are there any hidden fees or download limits?
- A: No, there are no hidden fees or download restrictions, you can download as many movies or photos as you want, anytime of the day.
- Q: How can I play and download the videos?
- A: All movies come in HD quality (1280x720). To make your surfing more comfortable there are streaming videos (either in .FLV or .MPEG4 formats) that can be played on the site and movies in .WMV format avaliable to download to your computer. You can download a whole movie at once or download it part by part in case you have slower internet connection (screenshot previews are avaliable).
To download videos to your computer, please right click them and then "Save As". Also, you can download all our videos to your iPhone or iPod.
- Q: My password is not working/I can't login!
- A: Make sure you type your password correctly. Remember your Username and Password are CaSe SeNsEtIvE! If it still doesn't work, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
- Q: I want to cancel

- Q: What happens after I cancel?
- A: First of all, you should receive a cancel confirmation from the billing. After cancellation your password remains active until it expires but your card will NOT be billed again.
